RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We must be notified about all returns 48hours after you've received your order and parcel return must be lodged with Aus Post no more than 14 days after you have received your item.
ITEM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Items must not have been worn or damaged
Items must not have make-up and fake tan stains from try on or wear
Items must have all tags attached and original packaging
Our returns are not free, so the shipping fee must be paid by the customer - please carefully select your product in order to select the right size and avoid disappointment.
You will receive confirmation email from us within 72 hours of us receiving your return, letting you know we have received the item and the return will be processed.
Upon your return you will be issued a credit note to spend on our online store.
